Small Product Custom Configuration – there are some aspects of the product that we sell to clients for business/systems analyst’s to configure. We also need to pre-configure some of that for the product and/or to handle small customization enhancements, so being able to request some of this. This is mainly around changes around what we capture (this is via XML) and how we display the information through dashboards (a combination of SQL and understanding of charts etc).
