Process Trainer- Payer Operations

Healthcare (Payer side operations) Process Trainer Fluency in English Experience in developing Training Content Portals - FACETS, QNXT, QicLink, MC400, Optum, Allscripts, Plexis, etc. is mandatory.

Job Requirements:

  1. SME level Knowledge of at least two of the following Payer Software Portals like FACETS, QNXT, QicLink, MC400, Optum, Allscripts, Plexis, etc. is mandatory.
  2. Excellent knowledge (SME level) of Healthcare (Payer side) terminology and Processes is mandatory, particularly covering areas like Adjudication, Member/Provider Matching, BRC, Adjustments, etc.
  3. Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi both written and spoken (Comprehension level @ 8.5 or higher)
  4. Excellent people handling and interpersonal skills.
  5. Should have an aptitude and Interest in Training and ability to manage expectations of Trainees and ensure 95% or higher positive outcomes of Training Programs (interpret this as 95% of the Team or more qualifying with 90% or higher Process knowledge in their final assessment post Training).
  6. Should have a pleasant demeanor and ability to encourage and motivate Trainees undergoing training to draw their active participation in the Training Program.
  7. Should have successfully attended TTT Programs specifically designed to impart Payer side Process Training
  8. Excellent Documentation skills. Adept with hands -on experience in developing Training Content, SOPs, Presentations and Flowcharts
  9. Should be a quick learner willing to spend time on the Operations floor and learn processes along with the Team.
  10. Ability to Lead, teach, onboard, and evaluate new trainers and prepare their work schedules.
  11. Build quarterly and annual training programs for higher level Training for selected Employees to prepare them for SME Levels
  12. Manage Administrative tasks like.
  13. Oversee employee attendance and performance.
  14. Track employee success and progress
