Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be developing and managing client retention goals.


This role involves creating sales opportunities and fostering relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with sales leadership to oversee various prospecting client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close sales and contribute to exceeding sales goals.
  • Understand customer needs and expectations, providing relevant solutions.
  • Analyze business using sales reports (CRM) to determine customer needs and develop a strategic plan.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote products and programs.
  • Identify and resolve problems promptly.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain comprehensive notes/records in CRM and handle all administrative duties efficiently.
  • Travel to customers when necessary to support the closing process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare Sales Experience is preferred; consideration is for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to resolve critical problems.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Assertive self-starter who can influence others and make connections quickly.
  • Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote office setting.
