This role involves creating sales opportunities and fostering relationships with existing clients. Collaborate with sales leadership to oversee various prospecting client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales and contribute to exceeding sales goals.
- Understand customer needs and expectations, providing relevant solutions.
- Analyze business using sales reports (CRM) to determine customer needs and develop a strategic plan.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking with excellent organizational skills.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote products and programs.
- Identify and resolve problems promptly.
- Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain comprehensive notes/records in CRM and handle all administrative duties efficiently.
- Travel to customers when necessary to support the closing process.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Healthcare Sales Experience is preferred; consideration is for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.
- Creative thinking and the ability to resolve critical problems.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Assertive self-starter who can influence others and make connections quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and productively in a remote office setting.
